UNCAPPING PLANE
1) Renter agrees to the cost of $20.00 for a 48-hour rental, and an addition $5.00 for each day up to a total of 5 days.
2) Renter agrees to return equipment in the same condition as it was rented, cleaned and with all components and accessories provided the day of agreement.
3) Renter agrees that Rocky Mountain Bee Supply has 5 business days after return to assess fees for cleaning, damages, or missing Components or accessories.
4) Renter agrees that if the rented item is not returned within 5 Business Days after the expiration of the rental without communication of delay with a clear acknowledgment from RMBS, the renter will be charged $179.95 to compensate for a new unit. Damage to other parts of unit or missing accessories will be assessed by management and customer notified of charge.
5) The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rocky Mountain Bee Supply, the Owners and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the Renter's use of the rented equipment. This indemnity obligation shall apply to any claims arising from the Renter’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of this Agreement, regardless of whether such claims are based on a theory of contract, tort, or otherwise.
Instructions for proper and safe usage of equipment will be adequately provided and explained prior to rental as well as in provided printed instructions. Under no circumstances may children under the age of 18 operate the extractor equipment.
Unacceptable Returns:
-Missing and/or damaged components - Uncapping Plane
-Severely Dirty unit
-Instruction Sheet in protective cover
-Case with Lid
By checking the box, I agree to abide by the above terms and to pay for any fees for extra rental time, damages, cleaning, or replacement of rented equipment. I realize that I must use safety precautions and equipment that is not included in this kit to keep myself and others safe. I understand that minor children are not allowed to use this equipment. I understand that Rocky Mountain Bee Supply reserves the right to hold this agreement for 5 business days to inspect equipment and charge the renter for cleaning fees, replacement fees, or for missing components.
