Dolly is the founder and owner of RMBS. She is the heart and soul of the business where her passion for bees and helping fellow beekeepers is clearly felt. She believes there is nothing more fascinating than watching bees going about their work and knowing how much they help our environment and our lives. Dolly mentors beekeepers throughout the year and speaks at local meetings, festivals, and outreach events. Dolly is currently researching and helping beekeepers with varroa mite management protocols.
Leonard is the co-owner of RMBS as well as Little Mule Bee Supply. A retired green beret, he is constantly looking for ways to better adapt bees to survive the Colorado and greater Rocky Mountain region climates. Over the years, he organized workshops to help bring awareness to the importance of bees, and to help beginning beekeepers with issues related to hive maintenance and development.
Zach's energy, enthusiasm and smile is always a welcome sight in the store. Zach oversees daily operations, staff management and training, product ordering, and our online sales and shipping.

Cole stands by to keep all of our websites, security systems and computers running. He also jumps in throughout the season to help run the store and take care of the bees.
Jake provides all around support. Whether it is building boxes, extracting honey or handing out bees.
Jack leads all sales and operations throughout the State of New Mexico.
Chris S. leads all sales and operations throughout the State of Arkansas.
Born in Mar del Plata, Argentina, Alex (or Alejandro) grew up in Buenos Aires before emigrating to the U.S. in the mid sixties. A graduate of SMU, Alex has extensive business experience in small business retail, hotel/restaurant, hospitality, and medical industries. As our South America Purchasing Manager, he will help us in our quest for quality beekeeping supplies from Argentina, Brazil, Columbia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
