Live Bees

We know bees and what it takes to be a successful beekeeper. We own and manage several hundred hives in multiple apiaries throughout the State of Colorado. Our bees remain in Colorado year round and are true survivors. Our bees and queens are selected from regionally exceptional stock. As proven survivors, they are suitable for the challenging, diverse ecology and microclimates of the Front Range as well as across the Rocky Mountain region. Each year we produce and sell Nucleus (NUCs) hives, as well as late season single deep hives. We also sell Package bees that come from our trusted business partner located in Northern California. The Packages are built and delivered directly to us in a climate controlled truck with team drivers. Since the Packages are driven direct, they arrive fresh and healthy ready to go straight into your hives. All of our bees are available for pre-purchase late Fall and are provided for pickup around last Saturday in April –  first Saturday in May for Packages and mid - late May for NUCs, weather dependent.
