Rental Terms of Service and Agreement
1) Renter agrees to the cost of $30.00 for a minimum 24-hour rental and an additional $10.00 per day up to 5 days total rental time period.
2) Renter agrees to the cost of $25.00 for every additional day that equipment is not returned after the rental time period.
3) Renter agrees to return equipment in the same condition as it was rented, cleaned, with all components provided undamaged on the day of agreement. If equipment is not returned clean, there is a $25.00 cleaning fee.
4) Renter agrees that Rocky Mountain Bee Supply has 5 business days after return to assess fees for cleaning, damages, or missing components.
5) Renter agrees that if the rented item is not returned within 5 Business Days after the expiration of the rental without communication of delay AND with a clear acknowledgment from Rocky Mountain Bee Supply, the renter will be charged $300.00 to compensate for a new unit.
6) The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rocky Mountain Bee Supply, the Owners and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the Renter's use of the rented equipment. This indemnity obligation shall apply to any claims arising from the Renter’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of this Agreement, regardless of whether such claims are based on a theory of contract, tort, or otherwise.
7) Rocky Mountain Bee Supply and associates are not accountable for any damages to personal property and/or injury to self/others. Instructions for proper and safe usage of equipment will be adequately provided and explained prior to rental as well as in provided printed instructions. Under no circumstances may children under the age of 18 operate the extractor equipment.
Unacceptable Returns Components Provided
-Missing and/or damaged components -Motorized 2 Frame Extractor
-Dirty (Wax, honey, propolis) (to include inside and inside basket, legs, lids, lid protective cover, honey gate, and motor)
-Instruction Sheet
By checking the box below, I agree to abide by the above terms and to pay for any fees for extra rental time, damages, or replacement of rented equipment/parts, or replacement of the entire unit. I realize that I must use safety precautions and equipment to keep myself and others safe. I agree that if I do not return the rental unit or if I return it in a condition that is irreparable, I will be responsible for the total cost of the unit of $300.
