Thank you for ordering package bees from Rocky Mountain Bee Supply. Only bee package ordered for May 8th, 15th, and 22nd will be distributed on this day as follows:
Pickuptime will be Saturday, May 8th, 15th, and 22nd between 7:00 am AND NO LATER THAN 1:00 pm. Please sign up with the button on the home page of the website. The pickup in store times you may have signed up for when the order was placed are not valid. Sorry for the inconvenience.
PLEASE WEAR A MASK--the Health Department is checking businesses in this neighborhood.
Please enter the Rocky Mountain Bee Supply parking lot from Walnut St. You will check in on the north side of the building at the table and give us the last name the order was placed under. If someone else is picking up for you, you must notify us with their full name and a contact phone number BEFORE pickup day. We will not release your bees without prior notification. We will be checking identifications.
If you had pre-purchased items from the store, please let us know when checking in and we will bring them out to you.
Please load up your bees and proceed west through the alley towards Chestnut St.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to chat during this time or give you installation instructions. Please review installation video. If you haven't taken a class, you can still purchase a recorded brass tacks beekeeping class from our online store.
The store will be open for purchases; however, as this is one of the busiest days of the year, we ask that you purchase and pick up items BEFORE bee pickup day. Parking is very limited. DO NOT PARK IN THE 64 STORE'S LOT. THEY WILL TOW YOU. You may also purchase items online and pick up at the store before pickup day. PLEASE WEAR A MASK INSIDE THE STORE...the EPC Health Department is issuing citations.
Please feed your bees a 1:1 sugar water solution for the remainder of season until you have two deep boxes full (80 to 100 pounds of honey) for your bees to overwinter with. You may purchase pollen patties and liquid feed in the store while supplies last.
Once you leave the property, we are not responsible for the health of the bees.
We cannot hold your nuc for you; they need to be installed into a hive.
We cannot resell your bees for you.
We cannot refund your money
Please transport your nuc in the vehicle with you...if you are comfortable, they are comfortable. PLEASE DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE TRUNK OF YOUR CAR OR IN A PLASTIC BAG...THEY WILL DIE.
Thank you for choosing Rocky Mountain Bee Supply! We look forward to helping you with this bee season.
